This cava is distinguished by a crisp color with yellow hues, with a masterful combination of fine aromas and subtle fruity tones. Provides a dry palate and creamy.
1st fermentation at 16°C
2st fermentation in bottle at 13°C
Aged in contact with the lees for a period of 36 months.
Colour: moonlight yellow.
Bouquet: intense bouquet. An excellent expression of aging (dried fruits, spices) on a background of orchard fruits).
Taste: Dry and creamy. An excellent combination of sweet flavours and subtle fruity tones. Its exquisite bouquet is complex because of its prolonged aging.
Ideal for duck, cold meats, shellfish, pulses, game, cheese and white meats.
