Winemaking:
Time of maceración: 12-15 days between 25-28°C
Aging: Aged for 8 months in oak barrels (20% Hungarian – 80% French)

Tasting note:
Colour: A vivid cherry red colour with violet reflexes and purple tones that express its youth.
Bouquet: A wide variety that reminds us of subtle raspberry and violet tones with a slight woody tone.
Taste: Fresh with great finesse. A long after-taste.

Gastronomy:
This is an extremely versatile wine, ideal to accompany all kinds of meat, along with pulses.
Serve at 17-18°C.
